You give good interviews Richard. You really get into the weeds of the conversation. Many investors I have talked with as a business broker have also signaled to me they are interested in investments that are passive or don't require them to become full/part time operators. I think we are in the very early stages of website investing being seen as a legitimate asset class for investors who want a business but not the headaches of what a traditional brick and mortar business offers.
