REAL ESTATE UPDATE
Home prices in aggregate across the US are flat, but in major urban areas they are officially on their way down according to realtor.com.
This is, of course, due to the rate hikes which are rising faster than ever before
With affordability checks on mortgages offering people 40% less, combined with mortgage rates that are now 60% higher, there is quite some spread between bids and asks:
