This site in the auto space is pretty exciting in that there are a ton of content topics that haven’t been written about. It’s not a big earner by any means, but sites in the auto space can certainly earn 5 figures a month (we know from experience), with dozens and dozens of “best of” articles that can be written about.
The content formatting can definitely be improved as it is pretty bare bones with lots of bland text. The site will require some work and investment to get it going, but that kind of investment should be quite lucrative given the upside and solid foundation of the site.

This site in the auto space is a great opportunity for people who are both looking for a consistent, hands off earner and those looking for a site to sink their teeth into.
It has enough content to have some quick wins but also plenty of areas to invest in (both content and links) to propel site growth. Invest in more home-page links to future-proof the site and improve the site authority.
Make sure to improve the EAT before serious investing to get rid of that risk. The niche doesn’t require strong EAT, but it’s worth it to put several hours into beefing it up and to protect this solid investment.

This site in the coffee niche is a little different from most other sites we feature in that most of its traffic is from the UK. Indeed, it’s a .co.uk domain, but Brits are big coffee drinkers too.
This site has nothing but potential with plenty of more content opportunities and rankings to capture. There are no significant risks which combined with the site’s strong current trajectory make it attractive. It has a solid link foundation, including one from Wikipedia. Even though the EAT is better than most sites that we feature, but it could still be improved.
It’s a premium site at a premium price, but could be worth it for any serious investor.
