Do you factor in google trends for the topic into your assessments? For example the HCG diet site topic has seen traffic drop to 1/3 of its prime from 2016, I don't know the topic but it could be a potential risk it is just a diet fad and dies out. Just wondering if thats considered when you give it 5 stars. Great set of potential listings overall good stuff :)
