Zillow beat Q4 revenue estimates on strong traffic and growth in multifamily properties, and is focused on building a 'housing super app' after exiting the home-buying business.
MBA data shows high-interest rates have impacted commercial real estate lending, with originations seeing a 54% QoQ decrease in Q4. The CBRE Lending Momentum Index, which tracks a smaller range of deals, also noted a lower quarterly decline at 15%.
